Experience requirements
All Sloan Properties REALTORS® must meet experience requirements in order to insure that our promise of experience, customer service, and technology can be achieved. As you may know there is much more to being a great agent than passing your exams and joining the associations. We believe that one of the core values to your clients is your understanding and recognition of things that only years of experience and dozens of closings can provide.
With this in mind you must have:
- two years or more residential real estate sales experience and/or
- 24 or more closings
- mastered MLX change®
- ability to send and receive text messages
- ability to use MongoFAX® or scan documents to PDF
- constant access to email and internet
- ability to meet clients on evenings and weekends
